In the first half, blue-yellow was bet on fast attacks, counting on Matthew Ponomarenko’s scoring qualities. It was the Central Forward that was the most noticeable in our team in the first half: after the foul on it the Spaniards received the only in the half “mustard”.
The opponent owned the ball more, and Pablo Garcia was distinguished by his special activity in his composition. One day, the attacker pierced his head from the goalkeeper line, and later forced Krapivtsov to respond to a blow of 16 meters.
In the middle of the half, the Spaniards earned a corner on the right flank, which became effective. The standard of the standard ended with the transfer of Mendos to Pablo Garcia, who was allowed to break from the goalkeeper (1: 0).
Almost immediately, Ukrainians could restore parity, but after the flank transmission on the left, Ponomarenko did not reach the ball. Before the break, Matthew had another moment: after the penalty, the Forward was performed by the forward in the far corner – next to the rack.
After the break, Ukraine added – increased the pace, transferred the game to half of the Spanish field and began to threaten their gate more often. After one of the blows, the ball ricochet from the defender flew over the very crossbar. Subsequently, Gusev finished the drawing of a standard position with a blow to the far corner – and again near the gate plane.
The last minutes came very emotional. Blue-yellow attacked almost the whole team, but Pyschuru was not enough to break out of the turn. As a result, the U-20 Ukraine’s minimal conceded to Spain (0: 1) and completed the fight at the U-20 World Cup in Chile.
