An unusual art object was presented in Miami, which quickly became viral on social networks. The artist created a full-size sports car, completely assembled from more than 100 thousand coins, and put a portrait on the hood Lionel Messi.

The project is inspired by the legendary Pagani Zonda F supercar, but instead of carbon and metal, the author used coins, each of which was welded by hand. In total, it took about three years of work and more than 500,000 welding points to create the installation.

It was the portrait of Messi that attracted the special attention of the audience – it does not appear immediately, but only from a certain angle, becoming a kind of “hidden tribute” to the football player. The author admitted that he is a longtime supporter of the Argentine and wanted to include this symbol in the very idea of ​​the work.

The art car was shown to the general public for the first time at Miami Art Basel, where the installation caused a great stir and debate about the border between the car, sculpture and modern art.
