According to the Spanish media, in Madrid they believe that it is Zidane who is able to quickly stabilize the situation and restore confidence to the team. The Frenchman enjoys enormous authority among the leaders of the dressing room, including Mbappe, Bellingham and the French “cream” footballers.
Zidane coached Real Madrid from 2016 to 2018 and from 2019 to 2021. During this time, the coach won three Champions Leagues and two La Ligas with the Blancos.
Previously, the legendary French football player and coach Zinedine Zidane named his football idol. The French singled out the Uruguayan Enzo Francescoli.
