Former president of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Pavelko was included in the list of persons hiding from authorities.
He was declared wanted for evading pretrial investigation, and the day of his disappearance was recorded as November 5, 2025.
Andriy Pavelko left the position of the head of the UAF against the background of a corruption scandal related to the construction of an enterprise for the production of artificial flooring in Kropyvnytskyi. It was this case that became the reason for his detention.
On January 25, 2024, the legendary ex-football player Andrii Shevchenko was elected as the new president of the association.
