Maxim became the first winter transfer for the Hungarian club. The terms of the Ukrainian’s contract have not been disclosed.
“I am very happy to join the team. I will help the team as much as I can. I hope that we will achieve our goals. I feel that this is the beginning of a long journey,” said Pukhteev.
Maxim’s last club was the Slovakian STK Šamorin, in which the attacker played 29 matches from August 2024. The forward managed to score eight goals and give one goal assist.
Hungarian football is already familiar to Pukhteev: after the start of a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, the player moved abroad and joined the Honved club.
Perhaps he couldn’t get a foothold in the second team, so Maksym was sent twice on loan to another club from Hungary – “Moshonmadyaróvar”. It was for this team that the Ukrainian played 33 matches and scored twice.
In his native land, Pukhteev played in such academies as Shakhtar, Dynamo and Metalist 1925.
In the tournament table of the Hungarian championship, “Kazintsbartsika” is in the last, 12th place. After 18 rounds of the local league, the club scored only 11 points
