French specialist Wilfrid Nancy left the position of coach of the Scottish “Celtic”. This was reported by the press service of the club.
The 48-year-old coach took over the team on December 4, 2025, signing a two-year contract. In eight games under his leadership, Celtic won just two, the rest of the matches ended in defeats, including the recent derby with Rangers.
During its history, “Celtic” became the champion of Scotland 55 times and managed to win one Champions League. Now the team is second in the championship, six points behind Hearts, who are in first place.
