When I invited him to the national team, there were guys older than him. And it was important to correctly introduce him to the team so that the team accepted him. There were certain nuances, but we successfully passed them,” said Popov.
Popov crossed paths with Mudryk in the youth national teams of Ukraine, where he worked as a coach.
