“I think we dominated the whole match. We created a lot of chances, a lot of dangerous situations and I think we did a lot of good things that should have been a lot more than 2-0. But when you don’t and the teams have quality, they have a lot of individual quality and they score, then the game goes on.
But overall, after we’ve played every three days, the performance the boys showed today, with all the tough situations we go through, especially defensively, the boys did a decent job.
When Rice plays at right back, it’s just incredible and I’m very proud of them. Declan at right-back is a really good example of how I feel about the team, their spirit and their desire to win.
