Midfielder of Brazilian “Cruzeiro” U-20 Cowan Baptistella will continue his career in the championship of Ukraine. This was reported by the Tribune.
According to the source, “Metalist 1925” from Kharkiv is interested in the services of the talented 18-year-old football player, who held successful negotiations with the legionnaire regarding cooperation for four years.
Cowan holds a Brazilian and an Italian passport. During his career, the midfielder played 33 matches for the youth team, scoring 14 goals and providing 12 assists.
The Brazilian also played one match for the senior team, where he scored one assist. Baptistella’s contract expires in December 2030.
“Metalist 1925” scored 24 points and took the seventh position in the tournament table. Mladen Bartulovich’s wards are 11 points behind the leaders – Shakhtar Donetsk and LNZ Cherkasy.
