Lassina Traore became the fifth representative of the UPL to score at the KAN

Striker of Shakhtar Donetsk and the national team of Burkina Faso Lassina Traore became the fifth representative in the history of the UPL to score at the African Cup of Nations.

It happened in the match between Burkina Faso and Sudan (2:0).

In total, UPL representatives have already scored 9 goals at the tournament in different years: 5 – Dynamo players (Diemersi Mbokani (3), Ismael Bangura and Brown Ideye), 4 – Shakhtar players (Julius Agakhova (3) and Lassina Traore).
