Former head coach of Odessa Chornomorets Oleksandr Kucher confirmed his departure from the Odessa club and talked about the conversation with Oleksandr Granovsky.
– About five days ago, the president of the club Oleksandr Granovskyi called me: “So and so… A certain situation has arisen, the sponsors want to invite a new coach.”
Was it a surprise? No, already during the course of the season I felt: something like this is possible. When the management tries to influence the coaching moments, it means that there is someone who is whispering in the ear, said Kucher.
In the current season, Chornomorets is on the third step of the First League of Ukraine. “Sailors” scored 38 points after 18 matches played.
