Former coach of “Dynamo” Alexander Khatskevich told how in his time the famous linebacker Andrey Husyn got into a discussion with the winner of the Golden Ball Oleg Blokhin.
“Andrei and I worked together at that time. He headed Dynamo-2, I was in the youth team, and Oleg Vladimirovich Blokhin managed the first Dynamo team. Every week after the tours, we met and discussed football. Andrei already defended his vision of football.
There were quite interesting moments when Andrey Leonidovych already entered into a discussion with Oleg Vladimirovych at that moment. If Blokhin is more old school, then Husyn tried to play modernly, systematically, with structure. Andrey then clearly understood what he wanted from the team and how it should act on the football field,” Khatskevich said.
