“It was everything.” ARTTTS RASCritoned from Zinchenko

Goal.com journalist Charles Watts believes that the Ukrainian defender of the London “Arsenal” Alexander Zinchenko should receive more game practice last season.

“Artet just lost his trust. Zinchenko was greatly undercapitated last season. Artet speaks of the desire to have a stronger composition and the possibility of rotation. This argument breaks down a little when you have a truly experienced player, such as Zinchenko, who is constantly sitting on the bench.

It seems to me that he could play much more last season, whether in midfield, or in the position of the left defender. But I really think that Artet just lost his trust, especially in defense. And then he had Miles Lewis-Skeelly.

When Zinchenko broke into this team for the first time, he and Zhezus were dramatically changed Arsenal. Zinchenko turned the game, no one really knew what was happening on the field. It took the rivals some time to get used to. In the first months when the opponents were simply not ready for it, I think Arsenal really won it. Then everyone adapted and began to punish Zinchenko, using the space on the flank, which he liberated.

He was caught many times on this. And I think that in the end, Artet just began to lose his faith. But then suddenly Lewis-Skellie appeared, who did what Zinchenko did from the point of view of entering the center, but he was also very strong in defense. At that stage for Zinchenko it was everything.

But I still think that last season he was not useful, especially in midfield, in the position on which he plays for the national team of Ukraine. Zinchenko had many opportunities to play there last season, and Artet just didn’t do it, ”said Watts Sports Mole.

It was reported that Zinchenko’s plans were told in England.
