Isak was noted for a unique anti-record in the Premier League

“Liverpool” striker Alexander Isak marked a unique anti-record in the history of the English Premier League (starting from the 1992/93 season): he became the first player of the Merseyside club to lose all four matches in which he started. The Swedish forward started from the first minutes in matches against Crystal Palace, Chelsea, Manchester United and Nottingham Forest.

Isak joined the Reds in the 2025 summer transfer window. “Liverpool”, according to media reports, paid a significant 130 million euros for his transfer from “Newcastle”.

In total, in nine games for the club in all competitions, the Swedish footballer scored only one goal. As part of the Premier League, Isak played five matches and has one assist on his account.

4 – Alexander Isak is the first Liverpool player in Premier League history to end up on the losing side in each of his first four starts for the club. Unfortunate. pic.twitter.com/gJLnUqkek1
