Real Madrid winger Vinysius Junior shared his thoughts after winning the Globe Soccer Awards’ Best Player of the Year nomination.
The player thanked his teams and partners for helping him realize his dream.
“It’s not easy to get here. I gave up a lot in pursuit of my dream and one main goal – to make my loved ones proud of me.
Receiving such an important award completes an excellent hour for me. I have won five titles with Real Madrid and this personal recognition from Globe Soccer shows that I am on the right track.
I would like to thank Real Madrid, Flamengo and the Brazilian national team for allowing me to fulfill my dream of playing football. And, of course, thanks to all my teammates.
