Bukovina began active preparation for the second part of the season. The players work hard in the gym. Alexei Konovalov spokesman about the need for such exercises.

– In training we work on force, we work separately all groups of muscles in order for them to be ready to get the necessary physical activity and that they can withstand all the loads on the football field.

– In what physical condition is the team in the early days of the meeting and how are the guys ready to receive heavy loads?

– About 70% of our team players worked with me throughout the vacation. They worked very well, gained strength. The rest of the football players who are not so active will now get less weight load. We still have two months to prepare, and during this period we will have time to work quite fruitfully.

– What kind of individual work did the players do during the vacation?

– They worked a lot in the gym, which visited at least three times a week. They were also going to play football three times a week. During winter vacation, players maintain their physical uniform almost every day.

– Do the loads are somehow, given the playing positions of the players? To put it bluntly, goalkeeper – some exercises, defenders work on other exercises, and attackers – a separate training program …

– Now we are working on general physical training, so everyone is doing the same set of exercises. For example, the weight is not different from the role, but from how much the player is ready and how much he worked on vacation. And closer to the start of official matches – yes, exercises for the attacker and goalkeeper, of course, differ. They have their own specific exercises and work on a separate program.

– Why are they no less important at the initial stage of the meeting together with training in the gym field?

– Now football is not standing still and is developing very rapidly. And if you look at all the best European clubs from the top 5 championships, then they do work in the gym every day, working on strength and speed, on endurance. Modern football is power, you need to run constantly at high speeds for 90 minutes. Of course, if you do not have the strength – you will not be able to do it, so working in the gym is also very important.

– Do you somehow somehow motivate guys during classes?

– The situations are different. Someone needs to explain what you need certain exercises, how to do them and how they help, and there are such football players who come and say, “Coach, let’s still work, we still want!” Such a train should sometimes be a little slow. Therefore, you need to constantly adjust: one add the job, and the other, on the contrary, to remove a little. But all the guys work very carefully and honestly.
