“The impression is only positive, because I see how the Academy of FC Lviv develops. Even working as the head coach of the first team (2021-23-cop), we constantly maintained contact with the Academy. We always had three or four players who trained with professionals. This is probably what helped us open Boris Kruszinsky in our time, and later – to help the formation of Taras Mikhavka, who also passed through the FC “Lviv” system.
I am currently working to transfer everything to a new, single training system. Now we are moving step by step. At first I met the coaches, met each person, looked at the training sessions they conduct.
Even then, we organized a meeting where I suggested my vision of the situation. It was decided that we would not immediately introduce new methods, but we will do it gradually. This is necessary for the trainers to become complicit in the process, ”Dulub shared.
