Benfica has confirmed the appointment of a new coach Jose Mourinho, but not on the official site.
The report of Mourinho’s appointment appeared on the stock market of Portugal – Benfica under local laws is obliged to inform about such events in advance.
“Benfica officially confirms negotiations on the appointment of Jose Mourinho by coach. We are waiting for the official signing of the contract in the near future, ”the club announced the stock market.
Mourinho will replace the Bruna mentor, who was released after the defeat of Karabach in the Champions League.
Anatoly Trubin and Georgy Sudakov will receive a new coach.
