Former linebacker of the national team of Ukraine and Dynamo Kyiv Alexander Aliyev spoke about the fines in the capital club. 
– Did Igor Surkis often fine you and Artem for violating the regime?
– It was a case. Igor Mykhailovych always called the base after our flights and summoned us to his office. We cried and laughed then. At that time, we were a little afraid of him. Before doing something, you need to think with your head, and we did first, and then thought. But Mykhalych treated me and Teme very well. I knew very well that if I played a good game and scored a few goals, I could calmly approach him, remind him of the penalty, and he forgave me. I always answered Mykhalych on the football field.
– What was the biggest fine that he forgave?
– One hundred thousand dollars.
