“When we scored the second goal, there was still a lot of time left in the match, so we obviously didn’t think it was over, because Juventus attacked with a lot of pressure. If we have a regret, it is that in the last 10 minutes we had two chances to make it 3-1 and we didn’t take them. It always felt like Juventus could equalise, so my regret is more that we didn’t capitalize on those chances, rather than conceding a goal at the end.

When you leave this stadium with one point, it’s always a positive result. There is definitely a bit of regret, but most of all I take with me the understanding that these guys are tough to crack. They responded to everything, never lowered their heads in the face of any difficulties, and this inspires confidence.
