INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT (22:00)

The defense forces are directing efforts to disrupt the execution of the Russian invaders’ offensive plans and exhaust their combat potential.

Since the beginning of the day, 140 combat clashes have taken place.

The enemy carried out 55 air strikes, dropped 130 guided air bombs. In addition, he used 4,130 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,315 attacks on populated areas and positions of our troops.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian soldiers repelled one enemy attack today, the enemy launched 66 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas, including three from rocket salvo systems.

In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy twice stormed the positions of our units in the area of ​​the settlement of Vovchansk.

Two attacks were repelled by Ukrainian defenders in the direction of Kupyansk, in the area of ​​Zagryzove settlement and in the direction of Kupyansk.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers stopped eight attacks in the areas of Drobysheve, Zarichne and towards Stavki, Dibrova. One battle is ongoing.

In the Slavyansk direction, our defenders repelled eight attempts by the occupiers to advance, in the area of ​​Dronivka settlement and in the direction of Zakitny, Platonivka. Three more battles are currently not completed.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Kramatorsk direction.

In the direction of Kostiantynivka, today the occupiers stormed the positions of our defenders 17 times near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar, Kleban-Bik and in the direction of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopil, Stepanivka, Novopavlivka, Sofiivka.

The enemy made 27 attacks in the Pokrovsky direction. The occupiers tried to advance near the settlements of Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyna, Udachne, Molodetske, Filia and towards Novopidgorodny, Novopavlivka, and New Donbas. In some locations, fighting is still going on.

According to preliminary calculations, today in this direction our soldiers eliminated 53 invaders and wounded 37; destroyed 18 unmanned aerial vehicles, three units of road transport, seven units of special equipment, also damaged a self-propelled artillery installation, five units of automobile equipment, two units of special equipment, two control points of BpLA and 12 shelters of enemy personnel.

In the Oleksandrivskyi direction, Ukrainian units stopped three attacks by the occupiers, in the area of ​​Zlagoda and in the direction of Oleksandrograd. Zelena Dolyna, Levadne, and Orly were hit by airstrikes with guided air bombs.
There were 22 attacks by occupiers in the Gulyaipol direction – in the areas of Gulyaipol, Myrny and towards Dobropill, Zaliznychny, Pryluk, Varvarivka, Sviatpetrivka, and Zeleny. In some locations, the fighting continues to this day. Enemy aircraft struck the settlements of Barvinivka, Rizdvyanka, Verkhnya Tersa, Gulyaipilske, Zaliznychne, Charivne, Girke, Kopani, and Vozdvizhivka.

In the Orihiv direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders in the Primorsky area. Enemy aircraft struck the settlements of Shevchenkivske and Novoandriivka.

In the Dnieper direction, the invaders once unsuccessfully tried to improve their position.

The most important thing is the exchange, and 157 of our people returned home from Russian captivity. For a long time it was not possible to unlock exchanges. Now the process is there, and it is important that it continues. On the Ukrainian side, we are doing everything to ensure that there are exchanges, and I thank the partners who help and provide the necessary mediation. I also want to thank our soldiers: each of our units, which replenishes the exchange fund for Ukraine, allows the state to conduct this exchange work. Among the boys who were returned today are those who had been in captivity for almost four years. Extremely long and difficult, considering all Russian brutality. Happy for families, relatives, brothers and sisters who waited for theirs. We will continue to work to return everyone, each and every one: military, civilians, adults and children. We remember and check everyone by last name.

We believe in the Armed Forces and help them! Together we are a force! Glory to Ukraine!
