The national team of Ukraine lost to France in the quarterfinals of futsal Euro-2026 (2:4) and left the tournament without medals.

The French opened the scoring in the 28th minute with the effort of Geddura, after which Zhuk equalized the numbers on the scoreboard two minutes later. The main time of the match ended with the score 1:1.

At the start of extra time, Muhudin put the French in front, after which he scored a double in the 45th minute. The Ukrainians responded with a well-hit shot by Korsun, but Mukhudin scored a hat-trick, strengthening France’s lead.
