According to the source, the Birmingham club has reached a verbal agreement with Juventus regarding the paid loan of the Brazilian midfielder with an option to buy. Nottingham Forest, for whom Luiz played on loan in the first half of the season, are returning the player to the Turin club early, after which he will immediately join Unai Emery’s team.
Thus, the 27-year-old returns to the club where he has already spent several successful seasons and was one of the key players in the midfield. Negotiations on this transition have been ongoing since last week and ended positively for all parties.
