The 24-year-old goalkeeper joined the Roma club in the summer of 2023 from Greek side OFI. Since then, Mandas has made 33 appearances for the Eagles in all competitions.

Hristos also has experience playing for the Greek national team, having made two first-team appearances and representing the country at all youth levels, starting with the U16s.
In Bournemouth, the Greek goalkeeper will compete for a place in the main squad with Serbian Djordje Petrovic.
According to sources, the rental of Mandas will cost the English club 1.5 million euros. The deal also includes a buyout option for €18.5 million, which can be activated if a certain number of matches are reached before the end of the season.
