Trabzonspor secured an important away win against Kocaelispor in the match of the 18th round of the Turkish Championship, showing character and resilience in a tense ending to the encounter. The match ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of the team from Trabzon.

The home team opened the scoring in the 18th minute — Petkovic scored. However, even before the break, the guests managed to restore balance: in the 44th minute, Felipe Augusto scored a goal.
