The main reason for this decision was the age of the football player. In May, the Argentine will turn 29 years old, which does not correspond to the current strategy of the Londoners, aimed at rejuvenating the squad and investing in long-term projects.
Senesi has been with Bournemouth since 2022 after a €15 million move from Feyenoord. His current contract with the club runs until June 30, 2026.
In the current season, the defender played 22 matches, in which he scored four assists. At the moment, the portal Transfermarkt estimates the market value of the Argentine at 22 million euros.
It was previously reported that Juventus are keen to sign Bournemouth’s defensive leader on a free transfer.
