Atletico Madrid has officially announced the extension of the contract with its Argentinian winger Giuliano Simeone. This was reported by the press service of the club.

The new agreement is designed for four and a half years – until June 30, 2030, which is two years longer than the previous contract of the player.

23-year-old Giuliano is the son of Atletico head coach Diego Simeone. He joined the club’s academy in 2019 at the age of 17, having previously started his career at River Plate.

For the main team of Atlético, the winger played 78 matches, scored 8 goals and provided 16 assists. In the current season, he has 3 goals and 7 assists in 27 matches in all competitions. Giuliano’s transfer fee is estimated at 40 million euros.
