Liverpool striker Federico Chiesa has expressed a strong desire to return to Juventus. As reported by the publication La Gazzetta dello Sportthe 28-year-old Italian is ready to make financial sacrifices and accept a lower salary than his current salary of six million euros per year in order to become an “old lady”.

Chiesa left Turin and moved to England in the summer of 2024, but is now considering an option to return to his homeland. In the current season, the midfielder took part in 21 matches in all competitions, scoring two goals and three assists.

The player’s current contract with Liverpool runs until the summer of 2028. At the moment, the portal Transfermarkt estimates the market value of the football player at 18 million euros.

Juventus will play their next match on January 17 against Cagliari, but negotiations for the transfer of the Italian could drag on until the end of January.
