Chelsea’s Argentinian winger Alejandro Garnacho commented on the outcome of the League Cup semi-final first leg, in which his team lost 2-3 to Arsenal. The player noted that despite the negative result, the fight for entry to the next stage is still ongoing.

“I always try to give my best. When I came on as a substitute, I wanted to help the team, because every player likes to score goals.

Unfortunately, in this meeting my efforts were not enough to win. However, nothing has been decided yet – before the return match, we concede only one goal,” the football player quotes press service London club.

The return match will take place on February 3 at the Emirates. The Blues plan to go into this match fully prepared to close the gap and earn the right to play in the final at Wembley.
