INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT (22:00)
Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy’s attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting fire damage on him.
The Russian invaders launched two missile and 23 air strikes, using 36 missiles and dropping 72 guided bombs. In addition, 3,967 kamikaze drones were engaged for destruction and 2,795 attacks were carried out on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the enemy launched more than 104 attacks, including one from a rocket salvo system.
Today, the enemy attacked nine times in the South-Slobozhansk direction in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Staritsa, Vovchansk and Zelene.
In the Kupian direction, the enemy made six offensive attempts in the area of Stepova Novoselivka and in the direction of Bohuslavka and Nova Kruglyakivka, two skirmishes are ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repelled 14 assaults in the area of the settlements of Novovodyane, Novoehorivka, Kolodyazi, Drobysheve, and Myrne.
In the Slavic direction, the enemy attacked once in the Platonivka area.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy’s attack in the direction of Stupochy has been repulsed for the time being.
Today, 19 combat clashes took place in the Kostyantyniv direction. The enemy tried to storm the positions of Ukrainian units near Kostyantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyny, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, Rusyny Yar, Yablunivka and towards Sofiivka. One battle is currently ongoing.
In the Pokrovsky direction, since the beginning of this day, the enemy has attacked 39 times in the areas of Razine, Shakhove, Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novosergiivka and in the direction of Novopavlivka and Filia. Our defenders are holding back the onslaught of the enemy, fighting is still going on in four locations.
Today, according to preliminary data, 85 occupiers have been neutralized in this direction, of which 60 are irreversible. In addition, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed a tank, a rocket launcher system, five units of automotive equipment, 68 unmanned aerial vehicles, four antennas and a satellite communication terminal, and also hit an artillery system, a car and six shelters for enemy personnel.
In the Oleksandrivsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 18 attacks by invaders in the areas of Piddubne, Sosnivka, Vyshneve, Rybne, Yehorivka and Krasnohirske settlements. Another battle is ongoing at this time.
In the Gulyaipil direction, 25 clashes took place in the areas of the settlements of Solodke, Gulyaipole, Varvarivka and Zelene.
In the Orihiv direction, the enemy tried to advance in the area of Stepovoy.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy once carried out offensive actions in the area of the Antonivsky bridge without any results.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other directions.
Restoration work is currently underway in our cities and communities: in Kyiv and the region, in the Dnipro region, in the Lviv region, in the Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, and Odesa regions. In fact, repair teams are constantly working in Sumy Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast, and Kharkiv Oblast. There must be a system of joint actions, a system of joint protection, really effective. Do we have such a system now? An unanswered question, because everyone in Europe has the same doubt: will they defend his capital if something hits Putin in the head.
