The acting head coach of Chelsea Calum McFarlane spoke after the match of the 20th round of the Premier League with Manchester City (1:1). His words are quoted by the BBC.

“For me personally, it was amazing, like a dream come true. Pep Guardiola, the EPL match is amazing!

I’m really proud of Chelsea’s performance. Even if we didn’t equalise, I think the boys showed character in the second half. I would be happy either way. It’s even better that we evened the score. I think the team deserved it. We prepared for the game with the desire to win.

Guardiola is one of the greatest managers in history and that seemed to be the main theme of the match. But I think it shouldn’t be like that. The main thing is the players and how well they played. It’s not about me, it’s about the game of these guys, all things considered,” McFarlane said.
