Manchester United are interested in their protégé Scott McTominay, who currently plays for Italian side Napoli, reports TeamTalk.

McTominay played for Manchester United between 2017 and 2024 before being sold to Napoli for €30.5m last summer. Now the Italian club is ready to consider the transfer of the midfielder, but will demand at least 70 million euros.

Last season, McTominay helped Napoli win the championship and was named the best player in Serie A. The 29-year-old midfielder has made 24 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring five goals and providing four assists. His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2028, and the transfer fee is estimated at €45 million.
