Shakhtar fans named the best player of the year Goalkeeper Dmytro Riznyk won the club fan poll for the second time in a row.

The goalkeeper was ahead of midfielders Oleg Ocheretka and Pedrinho in the rating, having received the most votes. For Riznyk, this is the second consecutive victory in the fan poll.
In the current season, the goalkeeper played 25 matches in all competitions, in which he conceded 18 goals, and also kept 23 clean sheets. His contribution to the victory of Shakhtar in the Cup of Ukraine is specially noted – it was Riznyk’s save in the penalty shootout that was decisive.
The goalkeeper has been playing for the Donetsk club since 2023.
