Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay has been named Scotland’s player of the year until 2025. This was reported by the press service of the Football Association of Scotland.
In 2025, the 29-year-old Scot became the champion of Italian Serie A and also won the country’s Super Cup.
Scott also helped the national team win a ticket to the 2026 World Cup, where his team will play against Brazil, Morocco and Haiti.
This season, McTominay played 23 matches in which he scored five goals and provided three assists.
