According to the source, it is about renting the 25-year-old forward for a period of six months. Cagliari is considering Lucca as an option to strengthen the offensive line in the second half of the season.
So far, the parties have limited themselves to a preliminary request, without a specific offer. The final decision on Lorenzo Lucca’s future will depend on Napoli’s position and the player himself, who is not getting enough playing time in Naples.
So, in the current season, Lucca spent only 561 minutes in 18 matches, in which he scored two goals.
It is interesting that in fact Lorenzo Lucca is currently in Napoli also on loan, but the Neapolitans are obliged to buy him out according to the agreement with Udinese during the last summer transfer window (9 million euros – loan, 26 million euros – mandatory purchase).
