“Who wouldn’t want to play in the World Cup? Everyone wants to play in this tournament. I love football and the competition, so obviously if you tell me to go to the France team for the World Cup and I say no, then I’ll be a liar. If I’m called up, I come and play. I have ambitions.
I love football and I love to win. I love winning trophies. This is the most important thing for me. Now I’m with my club. If I am called to the national team, I will come and play. This is all that is required of me,” said Karim.
