Florian Badstübner has been appointed as the main referee, assisted by Christoph Günsch and Philippe Hueve. The role of reserve referee went to Robin Brown.
Benjamin Cortus and Patrick Hanslbauer will be responsible for the VAR system.
Before that, the 34-year-old German did not interact with Ukrainian teams or national teams as the main referee.
