The Ukrainian club HIT ended its struggle in the Futsal Champions League, losing to the Spanish Palma in the second leg of the round of 16 with a score of 2:4. In the first match, the teams drew 2:2, so it was the Spanish team who advanced to the next round after two matches.

The HEAT made a confident start to the 2025/26 season, winning all three matches of the group stage and making it to the elite round. There, the opponent of Kyiv was the reigning European champion — Palma.

In the rematch, the hosts opened the scoring in the first half after Mario Rivillosa’s accurate conversion. After the break, the same player took advantage of HIT’s mistake and doubled Palma’s lead when the Kyiv goalkeeper left the goal unguarded.

In the 29th minute, Evgeniy Zhuk reduced the deficit, but the Spaniards quickly regained control of the match. At first, Alisson restored a comfortable margin for Palma, and within a minute Ernesto brought the score to 4:1.

Zhuk managed to score a double at the end of the meeting, but it was not enough – the Ukrainian club could not return the intrigue and leaves the tournament at the 1/8 final stage.
