Barcelona announced on its official website the extension of the contract with the defender Eric Garcia.
The new agreement with the 24-year-old Spaniard runs until the summer of 2031.
Garcia has been with the Blaugrana since the summer of 2014, when he left Manchester City.
This season, Eric played 20 matches in which he scored one goal and provided one assist.
It was previously reported that De Jong and Fermin Lopez have recovered from injuries.
