“We had a plan which was to play a tight game and work hard early in the game. As you saw, many players tried to win the ball high and go on the counter-attack.

In the second half we relied on the wing players waiting for the opportunity to make a decisive contribution, which they did. In the second half, I did what I set out to do to solve the problem. We were lucky: Jimenez scored a great goal and we got a much needed win.
