ESTIMATED LOSSES OF THE ENEMY 
🔸 US Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll warned that Kiev faces “inevitable defeat” in the war with the Russian Federation, and therefore “it is better to negotiate peace now than to be in an even weaker position in the future.”
🔸 Rustem Umerov was summoned to NABU to testify on the “Mindych case”. The bureau said that the conversation was constructive.
🔸 The situation is tense in the Gulyaipil direction, but the Ukrainian defenders are holding the defense and destroying 250-300 occupiers every day.
🔸 Four children died in a fire in Cherkaschyna. The mother, who left them unattended, was declared a suspect.

INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT (22:00)
Defense forces hold back enemy assaults, the enemy suffers significant losses – today 126 occupiers have been neutralized in this direction, of which 94 are irreversible. Our defenders destroyed one unit of motor transport and 20 unmanned aerial vehicles, also hit an artillery system and ten shelters for the enemy’s personnel.

Spent the Stavka today. Several key areas of discussion.
The first is air defense and everything necessary for the daily shooting down of Russian missiles and drones. Financing of interceptors, production volumes, agreements with partners – everything is under the constant control of the Ministry of Defense and the military command. And we need to maximize production. Separately – air defense systems of small and medium range. This is critical both for the front and for the protection of the energy infrastructure. We have updated the requirements for these systems and production will be increased. Our Ukrainian production is a guarantee of protection. Ukrainians should not depend on whether something is available on the world market or in partners’ warehouses. Production tasks must be completed on time, with personal responsibility at every level.
We also fulfill the requests of the brigades – after my trip to the front areas. One of the key requests is the fair distribution of personnel between the brigades. Replenishment must be reviewed. They talk about it in almost every combat unit. The headquarters has already instructed Chief of the General Staff Andriy Hnatov to work on it together with Pavel Palisa, the deputy head of the President’s Office and a very experienced military man. In the near future, they should prepare draft solutions for me.
There were also detailed reports on the situation at the front – in the main directions: Kupyansk, Pokrovsk, Gulyaipole. It is important that Ukrainian soldiers continue to destroy the occupier, hold positions and perform combat tasks. This is the basis of our ability to negotiate in the interests of Ukraine. Russians around the world are trying to spread the claim that Ukraine cannot defend itself. Allegedly, our soldiers cannot defend themselves. But the daily combat results of the Ukrainian army, the work of our special services and accurate strikes are proof that Ukraine is capable of protecting its interests.
Every destroyed Russian occupier, every replenishment of our exchange fund, every Russian assault that the Ukrainians stopped, every destroyed unit of equipment, every accurate strike of ours are arguments in favor of the fact that Ukraine should be with Ukraine, that Ukraine should be helped and that pressure should not be placed on Ukraine to achieve peace, but on Russia – the only reason for the prolongation of the war. I thank all our soldiers who understand and feel this, and all those who helped to the Ukrainian army and the state.
I would like to note the results of the battles of the last few days in the Kupyan direction of the soldiers of the 127th heavy mechanized brigade and the 475th separate assault regiment. Thank you, warriors!
The 82nd and 95th Airborne Assault Brigades, the 25th Airborne Brigade, the 25th Separate Assault Battalion, the 1st Assault Regiment, the 132nd Separate Reconnaissance Battalion, and the 425th Separate Assault Regiment were responsible for the battles in Donetsk region. Thank you!

Payments under the winter support program have begun – both to those who made an application in Diya and to those who submitted it through Ukrposhta. Payments are already being made in the frontline and border regions with Russia. In these communities, more than 133,000 applications have already been submitted through Ukrposhta. In total, almost 550,000 applications are processed through its network. In Diya – almost 11 million. It is very important to complete the application this year, before Christmas. It will be possible to use the funds next year – for communal services, other identified needs, as well as to support the army through donations to volunteers.
