After a scoreless first half, the Catalans took the lead thanks to Millia’s accurate strike in the 48th minute. In the second half of the match, the hosts took advantage of one of their few moments again – in the 84th minute, Roberto Fernandez, who came as a substitute, scored.
Sevilla responded instantly, Marcán Teixeira reducing the deficit in just two minutes, but the Andalusians, despite the frantic pressure, were not enough. The team from Barcelona persevered at the end and recorded a difficult victory.
