The parties have currently put negotiations on hold as the German defender continues his recovery from injury. Negotiations are planned to resume when Rüdiger is back on the field.
The current agreement is calculated until the summer of 2026, and Real, as well as the player himself, are not against continuing cooperation.
The center back has been playing for the Madrid club since 2022. This season, the German has only one match for the team – he is expected to return from a hamstring injury in December.
Earlier it was reported that London Chelsea wants to return Rüdiger to its team.
