On November 18, the group stage of European qualification for the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in North America, ended. According to the results of the final matches, all the participants of the playoff round, in which the last tickets from Europe will be drawn, became known.

The national team of Ukraine got into the first basket together with Italy, Turkey and Denmark. In the playoff semifinals, Serhiy Rebrov’s team will play against the representative of the fourth basket, which will be determined by a draw.

The winner of the semi-final confrontation will go to the playoff final, where they will meet the winner of the pair formed by drawing lots between the teams from the second and third baskets.

The draw for the playoffs will take place on November 20, and the matches themselves are scheduled for March 26 and 31, 2026.
