As reported journalist Sasha Tavolieri for Skythe Merseyside club have made the 26-year-old centre-back a final offer of a new contract and have no plans to improve the financial terms further.
In Liverpool, the current offer is considered more than generous, because if the deal is signed, Konate will become one of the highest-paid players in Arne Slott’s team. It is a show of complete confidence in the French defender, who remains a key figure in defence.
