Liverpool have opened talks over a contract extension with attacking midfielder Dominik Soboslai. It was reported insider Fabrizio Romano.

According to the source, the Merseyside club are extremely satisfied with the performance of the Hungarian footballer, who has shown consistent performances since his move from RB Leipzig in 2023.

Soboslai is seen as one of the key players in the Merseyside midfield, so the club’s management are keen to secure his future at Anfield.

As previously reported, Liverpool are planning to offer 25-year-old Dominic a new long-term deal that could run until 2030 or even 2031. Soboslaya’s current contract is valid until the summer of 2028.

In parallel, the club is preparing negotiations with Ryan Gravenberch, who may also receive an updated contract in the coming months.
