FIFA has published the list of candidates for The Best award in the category of the best coach of the year. The award is given for the achievements and results of the teams under the guidance of the coaches during the season.

The list of nominees includes:

– Javier Aguirre (Mexico national team)
– Mikel Arteta (Arsenal)
– Luis Enrique (PSG)
– Hans-Dieter Flick (Barcelona)
– Enzo Maresca (Chelsea)
– Roberto Martinez (Portugal national team)
– Arne Slot (Liverpool)

Voting by fans on the official FIFA website will continue until November 28, after which the opinions of coaches and captains of national teams, as well as sports journalists, will also be taken into account.

We will remind that last year the title of the best coach was awarded to Carlo Ancelotti, who at that time was the head of Real Madrid.

Earlier, FIFA published the list of nominees for The Best award, which is awarded to the best football player of the year.
