As reported by Goal with reference to Calciomercato, Juventus closely followed the 26-year-old Dane back in the summer, but then Sporting rejected all offers, including a request from Manchester United. Now the old signoria intend to make another attempt to sign a player in January to strengthen their midfield.
Manchester United are also expected to return with an improved offer, heralding serious competition for the footballer. Hülmann’s contract with the Portuguese club contains a €60 million buy-out clause, attracting the attention of many of Europe’s top clubs.
