Juventus has officially announced the appointment of Luciano Spalletti as the head coach of the team. The experienced Italian specialist signed an agreement with the club until June 30, 2026.

In the 2000s, Spalletti worked successfully with Udinese, leading the team to European Cups three times in a row. In the 2004/05 season, he secured a place in the Champions League for the first time in the club’s history, after which he headed Roma. With the Romans, he won the Italian Cup twice and won the country’s Super Cup.

From 2009 to 2014, the specialist worked for Russian Zenit. After that, Spalletti returned to Italy, leading first Roma and later Inter. In the 2022/23 season, he led Napoli to a historic Serie A championship, after which he took charge of the Italian national team, which he coached until June of this year.

Spalletti replaced Igor Tudor, the former head coach of Turin, in this position.
