– The former head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, was sent to custody for two months with the possibility of paying a bail of almost 14 million hryvnias. He is suspected of fraudulently taking money from a state enterprise. During the meeting, several people’s deputies expressed their willingness to take him on bail.

– The law enforcement officers reported the suspicion to the former mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, and several other officials. They are accused of official negligence after the death of people during bad weather. As noted by the police, the drainage system of Odesa was unprepared for the elements. Trukhanov himself called it a “surprise” that he was served with suspicion. According to him, the Odesa City Council “worked minute by minute” and warned the population about the downpour.

– The head of the Russian Federation, Volodymyr Putin, claims that in Kupyansk, Kharkiv Oblast, the Ukrainian military is allegedly surrounded. The Armed Forces of Ukraine denied these statements. According to the Ukrainian military, heavy fighting continues in Kupyansk and its surroundings, and the occupiers are trying to gain a foothold in the northern part of the city.

– The Court of Appeal of the city of Paris refused to extradite the Ukrainian businessman and philanthropist Kostyantyn Zhevago, which was insisted on by NABU and SAP. The French court did not agree with the arguments of the Ukrainian side that Zhevago would be able to guarantee the right to a fair and impartial trial in Ukraine.

– Shock drones of the Security Service attacked Russian facilities in the occupied Crimea. As a result of the attack, the anti-aircraft missile-gun complex Pantsyr-S2, worth about 20 million dollars, was damaged. Two RLS radar stations were also affected.

– Russian troops shelled a children’s hospital in Kherson. It is known about the injured among the staff and children who were treated there. The youngest injured person is eight years old, his mother and brother were also injured. President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that the Russian army deliberately struck a children’s hospital. According to him, at the time of the attack, about a hundred people were in the hospital.

INFORMATION FROM THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY REGARDING THE SITUATION AT THE FRONT (22:00)

Since the beginning of the day, 157 combat clashes have taken place. The enemy carried out 41 air strikes on the positions of our troops and populated areas, using 87 guided air bombs. 3,723 kamikaze drone strikes were recorded, and the enemy launched 3,373 artillery strikes.

On Severno-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Ukrainian soldiers repelled four assault actions of the occupiers. In addition, the enemy carried out four airstrikes, dropping 12 guided aerial bombs, and also carried out 97 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas, including five from rocket salvo fire systems.

On Yuzhno-Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five attacks near the settlements of Vovchansk and Kamianka.

On Kupiansky direction, the enemy tried twelve times to dislodge our units from their occupied positions near the settlements of Pishchane, Hlushkivka, and Bohuslavka. Currently, two military clashes are ongoing.

On Lymansky direction, the enemy carried out fifteen attacks, trying to advance in the areas of settlements of Korovii Yar, Ridkodub, Karpivka, Stavky, Novoselivka. Two military clashes continue until now.

On Slavic direction, our soldiers repelled six enemy attacks in the direction of the settlements of Yampil, Serebryanka, Vyimka.

On Kramatorsk in the direction of the Defense Forces successfully stopped two enemy attempts to advance near Stupochy and in the direction of Virolyubivka.

The enemy tried to penetrate our defense 24 times Kostyantynivskyi direction in the districts of Kostyantynivka, Predtechyny, Shcherbinivka, Pleshchiivka, Berestka, Rusyny Yar, Sofiivka.

During the day on Pokrovsky direction, the aggressor carried out 47 assault and offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Shakhove, Dorozhne, Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Zvirove, Kotlyna, Molodetske, Udachne, Novopavlivka, Novoeconomichne, Chervyn Liman, Myrnograd, Balagan, Lysivka and Pokrovsk. Battles are currently taking place in three locations. According to preliminary estimates, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 58 occupiers in this direction, 39 of them were irreversibly killed, and one was taken prisoner. Two units of automobile equipment, six unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed. In addition, three artillery systems and one unit of enemy vehicles were damaged.

On Oleksandrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 20 enemy attacks in the areas of Myrne, Sichneve, Novoselivka, Ternove, Sosnivka, Stepove, Verbove, Rybne, Privillia, Novogrigorivka, Vyshneve, Privilne settlements. Six more combat clashes are still ongoing. The enemy launched an airstrike on the settlement of Pokrovske.

On Gulyaipilskyi direction, one combat clash was recorded in the area of ​​Zeleny Gai settlement. The settlements of Nechaivka and Malinivka were hit by airstrikes.

On Orihivskyi direction since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out six offensive operations near Stepovoy, Novodanilivka, Kamiansky and Stepnohirsk.

On Prydniprovskyi direction Ukrainian units repelled four enemy assaults in the direction of the Antonivsky Bridge. Enemy aircraft struck near the settlement of Olhivka.

The most difficult right now is in the Pokrovsky direction. There, as in previous weeks, the highest intensity of hostilities, a strong concentration of Russians. The occupiers are trying to gain a foothold by all methods, every destroyed occupier there is a result for our entire state. The situation in Kupyansk remains difficult, but these days our forces have more control, We continue to defend our positions. Dozens of assaults per day in the Oleksandrivskyi direction. We also worked out the planning of our long-range operations in detail. The only scenario is forcing Russia to end the war in the way that is possible, the way that will actually work. And these are world sanctions, our long-range sanctions, our recovery after Russian strikes, coordination with our partners, and most importantly, support for our army, all components of the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine, because Ukraine is where Ukrainian positions are strong.
